• Salesforce Component Testing: Design and execute functional, regression, and integration test coverage across custom Salesforce components, including Apex classes and triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, Flows, validation rules, permission sets, and page layouts.
• Test Automation Frameworks: Design, build, and maintain scalable end-to-end automation frameworks for Salesforce UI and APIs using Playwright (JS/TS), Selenium/WebdriverIO, and Salesforce-aware tooling (e.g., Provar or UTAM-based page objects) to handle the dynamic Lightning DOM.
• AI-Driven QA & Self-Healing: Leverage AI/LLM tools, prompt engineering, and autonomous agents to generate test cases, create self-healing test scripts resilient to Salesforce DOM changes, streamline test data setup, and improve test suite maintainability.
• CI/CD Pipeline Integration: Configure and embed automated test suites into continuous delivery pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins) with Salesforce DX (SFDX) scratch orgs for automated execution and release sign-offs.
• API & Integration Testing: Validate Salesforce REST/SOAP/Bulk APIs, platform events, and third-party integrations to ensure data integrity across connected systems.
• Performance & Load Testing: Create and execute performance and load test scripts using K6 to ensure Salesforce integration and platform stability under load.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Salesforce developers, AI/data engineers, and product managers to translate requirements into robust test strategies, acceptance criteria, and evaluation metrics.
• Observability & Test Health Monitoring: Implement logging, metrics tracking, and intelligent error labeling to monitor job stability, reduce cognitive load during test run analysis, and ensure overall suite health.

The Technical Stuff

• Salesforce Testing Expertise: Proven hands-on experience testing custom Salesforce components, including Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and integrations, across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or custom-built orgs.
• Manual & Automation Testing Expertise: 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in Software Quality Engineering/SDET with strong proficiency in manual, functional, and automated testing.
• Core Automation Frameworks: High proficiency in Playwright (JavaScript/TypeScript) and/or Selenium/WebdriverIO, with Salesforce-specific automation experience (Provar, UTAM, or robust custom page objects) considered a strong plus.
• AI & LLM Tooling (Must): Practical experience applying AI/LLM tooling, agentic workflows, prompt evaluation, or AI-assisted test generation is essential for this role.
• DevOps & CI/CD Pipelines: Proven experience setting up and managing test execution pipelines in GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins, ideally with Salesforce DX (SFDX) and scratch orgs.
• Performance Testing: Direct experience setting up and executing load tests using K6.
• Hardware: Dedicated high-configuration personal laptop (macOS or Windows) suitable for local development and automation workloads.
