JOB DESCRIPTION 

• Code, test, analyze and implement new applications and changes to existing applications.
• Develop and maintain appropriate technical documentation including specifications, test conditions, test plans, test data, etc.
• Work with SAP consultants and business analysts to develop ABAP programs that meet defined business requirements.
• Work with business analysts and clients to understand business users’ requirements for new ABAP reports, interfaces, enhancements, conversion programs and forms.
• Work with business process owners and business analysts, identify continuous improvement opportunities and develop appropriate business cases.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree or up majoring in Information Technology.
• Japanese language proficiency equivalent to JLPT N2 or higher is required
• SAP ABAP / NetWeaver development Demonstrated ability to proactively identify improvement opportunities and initiate changes.
• Extensive knowledge of ABAP development workbench, data dictionary and transaction programming.
• Clear ability and willingness to adapt to changing work environments.
• Demonstrated ability to quickly acquire new technology skills.
• Highly motivated and customer service oriented.
• Good organizational skills.
• Acceptable-to-Good oral and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of SAP HANA development, SAP Netweaver Gateway and SAP UI5 development is a plus.
