Qualifications

Must-Have Requirements

• More than 10 years of SAP experience.
• Experience in a Project Manager or Delivery Manager role.
• Hands-on SAP implementation experience in areas such as FI/CO, SD, MM, PP, BW, BASIS, S/4HANA, etc.
• Experience managing teams of 10 or more members.
• Experience managing large-scale projects or multiple projects simultaneously.
• Japanese proficiency at JLPT N2 level with good communication skills.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

• Presales experience.
• SAP S/4HANA implementation experience.
• SAP and/or PMP certifications.

• Relocation support for candidates moving from Vietnam to Japan for work.
