JOB DESCRIPTION 

• Develop, maintain, and enhance a large-scale PowerBuilder application.
• Analyze, debug, and troubleshoot complex issues across the application and
database.
• Work closely with the US Product Team to understand business requirements and
deliver high-quality solutions.
• Contribute to feature enhancements, maintenance, and product improvements.
• Read, understand, and work confidently within a large legacy codebase containing
extensive business logic.
• Participate in Agile development activities and technical discussions.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with PowerBuilder.
• Strong experience with MS SQL.
• Solid debugging and troubleshooting skills in both PowerBuilder and MS SQL.
• Experience working with enterprise or legacy systems.
• Good English communication skills for working directly with US stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable working in an Agile environment.
• Experience with Microsoft technologies is a plus.
We also welcome candidates who previously had 3–4 years of PowerBuilder experience and have since transitioned to .NET/C# or other technologies, provided they have good English communication skills.
Nice to Have
• Experience working with accounting, ERP, payroll, financial, or other enterprise software.
• Experience collaborating with international clients or distributed teams.
• Ability to quickly understand complex business processes and legacy systems.
