JOB DESCRIPTION 

• Monitor and control the financial performance and cash flow of departments on a periodic basis.
• Evaluate the company’s financial situation and propose investment opportunities with high efficiency and potential returns.
• Prepare budget plans, financial utilization plans, and monitor the implementation and execution of approved budgets.
• Review and appraise financial and business transactions within the authority of the Group.
• Track, analyze, and develop financial management tools; forecast and identify potential financial risks when necessary.
• Coordinate and supervise activities related to auditing, financial and accounting consulting, insurance, and other relevant services.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the line manager.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Auditing, or related fields.
• 1–2 years of experience in a similar position.
• Candidates with experience in financial control or auditing are preferred; experience working in ICT companies or Big 4 firms is an advantage.
• Solid knowledge of finance and banking, with a strong understanding of financial management and investment.
• Proficient in financial analysis and statistical software/tools.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team; detail-oriented, diligent, and highly responsible.
• Basic English reading comprehension skills.
