JOB DESCRIPTION
- Design, implement, and manage Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines to streamline the software development lifecycle.
- Collaborate with software engineers to automate and optimize build, test, and deployment processes.
- Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation to provision and manage cloud resources.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to ensure high availability, scalability, and reliability of production environments.
- Implement and maintain containerization and orchestration solutions using Docker, Kubernetes, or similar technologies.
- Manage and configure cloud services and platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Implement and enforce security best practices throughout the development lifecycle, including code scanning, vulnerability assessments, and access controls.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define infrastructure needs, and drive technical initiatives to completion.
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in DevOps, automation, and cloud computing.
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar role, with a strong background in software development and operations.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git), CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, CircleCI), and build automation tools (e.g., Maven, Gradle).
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) concepts and tools (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation).
- Knowledge of monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana), New Relic, and Datadog.
- Experience in configuring and maintaining monitoring solutions to ensure system health, performance, and reliability.
- Ability to design and implement scalable logging and monitoring solutions to track application and system metrics.
- Familiarity with log aggregation, analysis, and visualization techniques to troubleshoot issues and optimize system performance.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and drive resolution.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.Certifications such as AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Microsoft Certified: Azure DevOps Engineer Expert, Kubernetes certifications, or relevant monitoring tool certifications are a plus.
