JOB DESCRIPTION 

Job Overview

We are looking for a Data Scientist who is passionate about turning data into actionable insights and building data-driven solutions. You will work closely with business stakeholders, data engineers, and technical teams to analyze complex datasets, develop predictive models, and support decision-making through advanced analytics and machine learning techniques.

Key Responsibilities

Data Analysis & Insights

• Collect, clean, and analyze large volumes of structured and unstructured data.
• Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities to support business objectives.
• Translate analytical findings into actionable recommendations for stakeholders.

Machine Learning & Modeling

• Develop, validate, and deploy machine learning models for prediction, classification, clustering, and recommendation systems.
• Perform feature engineering, model selection, hyperparameter tuning, and performance evaluation.
• Monitor model performance and continuously improve accuracy and reliability.

Data Visualization & Reporting

• Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate insights effectively.
• Present analytical results to technical and non-technical audiences.

Collaboration

• Work with Data Engineers to ensure data quality, accessibility, and scalability.
• Partner with business teams to understand requirements and define analytical approaches.
• Contribute to data science best practices, experimentation frameworks, and knowledge sharing.

REQUIREMENTS

Technical Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in data analysis, machine learning, or data science projects.
• Strong programming skills in Python.
• Hands-on experience with data analysis libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit-learn.
• Knowledge of machine learning algorithms, statistical analysis, and predictive modeling.
• Experience working with SQL and relational databases.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Matplotlib.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience with MLOps practices and model deployment.
• Familiarity with Big Data technologies such as Spark, Hadoop, or Databricks.
• Understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, or NLP applications is a plus.
