Key Responsibilities

• Analyze technical requirements and regulatory requirements for different markets.
• Verify compliance with applicable regulations, standards, and country-specific requirements.
• Prepare and maintain:
  • Technical specifications (仕様書)
  • Component design requirement documents
  • Product control and functional specification documents
• Collaborate with suppliers to:
  • Explain technical requirements and specifications
  • Monitor design progress
  • Coordinate and resolve technical issues throughout the development process
• Review and approve design drawings and documentation prepared by suppliers.
• Conduct quality evaluations and assess product suitability against requirements and standards.
• Coordinate with internal departments, including:
  • Planning
  • EMC Evaluation
  • Factory/Manufacturing
  • Quality Assurance
• Support certification activities, including:
  • Radio Certification
  • Anti-theft Certification
• Ensure smooth communication among stakeholders to achieve project quality, compliance, and delivery objectives.

• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and engineering schematics.
• 2-3 years of experience in the Automotive industry.
• Experience as a Bridge System Engineer (BrSE) or in a role involving direct communication with Japanese customers.
• Japanese proficiency at JLPT N2 level or above, with strong business communication skills.
• Strong skills in requirements analysis and technical specification development.
• Experience working with suppliers/vendors throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Knowledge of automotive electrical and electronic components.
• Understanding of industry regulations, standards, and product certification requirements.
• Strong coordination, stakeholder management, and cross-functional communication skills.
