JOB DESCRIPTION 

• Lead the design and development of enterprise Generative AI applications supporting critical business functions. 
• Build scalable AI solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI agents, and orchestration frameworks. 
• Partner with business stakeholders to identify high-value AI opportunities and convert requirements into technical solutions. 
• Mentor AI Engineers and establish engineering best practices for coding, testing, documentation, and deployment. 
• Collaborate with architects, cybersecurity, cloud, infrastructure, and data teams to deliver secure, production-ready AI solutions. 
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend improvements that align with enterprise strategy. 
• Optimize AI models for performance, reliability, scalability, security, and cost efficiency. 
• Present technical recommendations, solution designs, and implementation updates to leadership and cross-functional teams.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related discipline. 
• 7–10 years of software engineering experience with at least 5 years building AI/ML or Generative AI solutions. 
• Strong business acumen with the ability to understand enterprise processes and recommend AI-driven improvements. 
• Hands-on experience with Python, OpenAI, Azure AI, AWS Bedrock, LangChain, LangGraph, vector databases, APIs, Docker, Kubernetes, Git, and cloud-native architectures. 
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills in large enterprise environments. 

Preferred Qualifications 

• Experience within automotive, manufacturing, or industrial environments. 
• Knowledge of MLOps, AI governance, CI/CD, and enterprise software delivery. 
• Experience leading AI projects and mentoring technical teams.
