JOB DESCRIPTION 

• Design and deliver instructor-led AI training programs for engineers, business professionals, managers, and executive leadership.  
• Develop engaging learning materials including workshops, hands-on labs, demonstrations, playbooks, facilitator guides, and reusable training assets.  
• Partner with engineering, architecture, cybersecurity, data, cloud, HR, and business teams to ensure AI training aligns with enterprise standards and business priorities.  
• Teach practical applications of Generative AI across software development, manufacturing, supply chain, finance, procurement, HR, and corporate operations.  
• Create demonstrations and business use cases that showcase measurable productivity improvements through AI adoption.  
• Facilitate AI bootcamps, lunch-and-learn sessions, office hours, hackathons, and enterprise enablement events.  
• Promote responsible AI practices including governance, security, privacy, intellectual property protection, and human oversight.  
• Gather learner feedback, adoption metrics, and business use cases to continuously improve enterprise AI learning programs.  
• Stay current with emerging AI technologies, enterprise AI platforms, coding assistants, agentic AI frameworks, and industry best practices.  
• Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders by recommending effective AI adoption strategies that support organizational goals.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Education Technology, Business, or a related discipline.  
• 4–8 years of experience in technical training, AI enablement, developer advocacy, technical consulting, or enterprise technology adoption.  
• Strong business acumen with the ability to understand enterprise operations and align AI learning initiatives with strategic business objectives.  
• Hands-on experience with ChatGPT Enterprise, Microsoft Copilot, GitHub Copilot, OpenAI, Azure AI, AWS Bedrock, prompt engineering, and modern AI productivity tools.  
• Experience creating technical curriculum, facilitating workshops, and delivering engaging learning experiences for both technical and non-technical audiences.  
• Excellent presentation, communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.  

Preferred Qualifications 

• Experience supporting AI adoption within the automotive, manufacturing, or industrial sector.  
• Knowledge of enterprise AI governance, responsible AI, cybersecurity, and digital transformation initiatives.  
• Experience designing AI learning paths, certification programs, or enterprise enablement strategies.  
• AI, Microsoft Azure, AWS, or instructional design certifications are highly desirable.
