JOB DESCRIPTION 

AI Solution Development & Deployment
• Serve as the “Builder” for internal AI solutions, leveraging both low-code platforms (e.g., Vertex AI, Relevance AI, Amazon Q) and coding skills (e.g., Python and use of
• Github Co-pilot and Claude Code) to implement agents, GenAI tools, and non-agentic automation.
• Apply Logical Workflow Thinking to translate complex process maps into robust, integrated, and reliable automated workflows, including non-agentic automation solutions.
• Manage the full lifecycle of solutions, including version control and deployment using standard development practices (e.g., GitHub/Version Control)

Technical Integration & Infrastructure
• Lead the build of internal agents on AI platforms (Vertex AI, Gemini for Enterprise, Amazon Q, etc.) focusing on prioritised high value use cases as per the AI roadmap
• Design and implement integrations with internal (Django, AWS) and external systems via API (REST/GraphQL) and MCP servers enabling AI driven workflows
• Build and maintain the “Knowledge Layer” (Vector Databases, RAG pipelines) that connects internal agents to client’s data, as needed
• Build and deploy AI solutions within cloud environments (preferably AWS), integrating with existing services and infrastructure
• Implement AI security guardrails, including PII / data sanitization, mitigation of prompt injection vulnerabilities, ensuring compliance with security standards..
• Activate the AI Guild, serving as the primary SME and facilitator for departmental Champions and Initiative Owners.
• Act as the in-house subject matter expert on AI platforms and tools, understanding their technical capabilities and integration needs with client’s systems.

Value Realization & Iteration
• Focus obsessively on delivering tangible results, partnering with the AI Value Stream lead to measure and validate the value delivered (e.g., hours saved, reduction in error rates) by the automated workflow.
• Drive continuous optimization and iteration of deployed solutions based on performance data and feedback from business unit end-users.
• Monitor performance, drift, and cost management (Agent Ops).
• Utilize high Learning Agility to quickly master new AI technologies and tools to solve specific business problems
