Tech Lead (C#)

JOB DESCRIPTION

Be responsible for the technical design and system architecture of the project.
Lead and provide technical direction to the development team, ensuring the quality of code and technical solutions.
Review system designs, source code, and technical solutions to ensure compliance with best practices and business requirements.
Collaborate with PMs, BrSEs, BAs, and Test Leads to clarify requirements and propose appropriate technical solutions.
Support the resolution of complex technical issues, particularly those related to backend development, batch processing, and data handling.
Proactively improve system performance, security, scalability, and maintainability.
Mentor, train, and enhance the technical capabilities of team members.

Experience working on large-scale system migration projects.
Strong technical background in backend development, system design, and database technologies.
Experience as a technical lead or being primarily responsible for a large module or system.
Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC); experience with Agile/Scrum is an advantage.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high sense of ownership.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Experience with batch systems, data-intensive systems, and high-load systems.

**Tech Stack:

C#/.NET, backend development, with experience applying TDD (Test-Driven Development) and Unit Testing.
Oracle Database, advanced SQL, Dapper, transaction management, and performance tuning.
Batch processing, large-scale data processing, Git, and CI/CD.
Experience in system migration projects (C/Pro*C → C#).

Annual compensation package equivalent to 14 months of salary per year.
Additional bonus of up to VND 16 million per year.
