Our client recognized the need for a comprehensive digital transformation journey to optimize core business functions. To streamline operations and cater to customer needs, they implemented SAP S/4HANA for enterprise-wide standardization. In this phase, the primary focus is on enhancing sales order processing by adding functionalities such as Mass Order Creation program enhancements and augmentation in SAP GUI and Fiori interfaces.
The goal was to establish an IT hub in Vietnam to leverage its cost advantages and vast skilled talent pool. This decision aligned with our client’s strategy to diversify R&D locations for enhanced business resilience and agility.

- Business Blueprint (BBP): A comprehensive knowledge transfer and requirements analysis phase laid the foundation for the project. Designing technical specifications and reviewing them ensured alignment with E.ON’s objectives
