CMC Global is delighted to announce the appointment of Mr. Olaf Baumann as the new Country Director of CMC Deutschland GmbH. 

With more than 25 years of experience in the IT and technology services industry, Mr. Baumann brings extensive leadership expertise and a demonstrated ability to expand international business operations across Europe. 

Throughout his career, he has held senior leadership roles at globally recognized organizations. He previously served as Managing Director of RWE IT Slovakia, where he led large-scale IT operations and strengthened nearshore delivery capabilities across Europe. He also served as Strategic Client Executive at Oracle Deutschland B.V. & Co. KG, where he managed strategic enterprise engagements, cultivated high-value client relationships, and built high-performing international delivery teams. 

Having worked closely with Vietnam for over ten years, Mr. Baumann has developed a deep understanding of the country’s talent pool, working culture, and technology capabilities. This experience, combined with his background in building nearshore delivery models, positions him uniquely to act as a bridge between Germany and Vietnam, supporting effective collaboration, cultural alignment, and high-quality global delivery. 

The appointment of Mr. Baumann reflects CMC Global’s continued commitment to Germany as a strategic market within its international growth strategy, as well as to the broader European region. With this leadership in place, CMC aims to accelerate growth and deliver high-quality technology solutions to clients across the region.
