CMC Global is thrilled to announce the appointment of Paul Giles as our new Country Director for Australia. With over 20 years of experience in the financial services sector, including 8 years focused on digital transformation, Paul brings a wealth of expertise and leadership to CMC Global. 

Paul has held key roles with prominent organizations, including the Australian Federal Government, where he served as Chief of Staff to two Federal Cabinet Ministers. He also held senior leadership positions at the Insurance Council of Australia, Marsh McLennan Companies – Mercer, Link Group, and Iress Pty Ltd, where he notably served as CEO of Superannuation and drove digital innovation in the financial services industry. 

Throughout his career, Paul has been a driving force in improving operational efficiencies by leveraging digital technology. His work in automating processes and implementing open architecture digital environments has helped financial institutions reduce costs and enhance customer service. His strategic insights will be invaluable in strengthening CMC Global’s position in the Australian market.
