In May 2024, during the launch of CMC Korea, CMC Global Co., Ltd. (a subsidiary of CMC Group) formally announced its partnership with Modoo Company by signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) in Seoul, Korea.
This collaboration paves the way for numerous business development opportunities for the leading IT service providers from Vietnam and Korea, particularly in the CAD sector, enhancing technological capabilities between the two nations in the future.
At the signing ceremony, CMC Global was represented by Mr. Dang Ngoc Bao, the General Director of CMC Global Company and Executive Vice President of CMC Technology Group. Representing Modoo Solution was Mr. Jung Chung Gu, the General Director of Modoo Solution Company. Several other leaders from both companies also attended the event.
Regarding the collaboration, CMC Global’s General Director, Dang Ngoc Bao, stated, “CMC Global anticipates that our partnership with Modoo Solution will enhance the development of CAD software, delivering improved services to Korean enterprises. This collaboration sets a positive foundation for achieving our mission as a leading provider of global digital transformation IT services.”
In response, Modoo Solution’s CEO, Jung Chung Gu, expressed, “Modoo Solution is delighted and proud to have the opportunity to partner with CMC Global, a leader in IT services and digital transformation in Vietnam. We hope this cooperation will drive development and expand our market share in Korea.”
The MOU serves as a foundation for both parties to develop a detailed cooperation plan that will effectively utilize their respective resources and strengths to advance IT services broadly and optimize CAD software products specifically.
During the ceremony, leaders from both organizations conveyed their enthusiasm and confidence that this cooperation agreement would create opportunities for growth in the technology markets of Vietnam and Korea.
