Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Java Technical Lead with strong expertise in Temenos T24 (Transact) core banking systems to lead development and integration projects within the banking domain.
- Lead a team of Java developers and technical engineers.
- Develop, and maintain banking applications integrated with Temenos T24.
- Develop APIs, middleware, and integration solutions between T24 and external systems.
- Perform code reviews and ensure software quality, performance, and security.
- Support T24 customization, enhancement, and deployment activities.
- Coordinate with business analysts, solution architects, vendors, and project managers.
- Troubleshoot production incidents and provide technical guidance to support teams.
- Mentor junior and senior developers.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of software development experience.
- 3+ years of experience in a Technical Lead role.
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Java (Java 8/11/17)
- Spring Boot
- RESTful APIs
- Microservices Architecture
- SQL (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MS SQL Server)
- Git, Maven, Jenkins, CI/CD
- Experience working with Temenos T24 (Transact).
- Knowledge of:
- T24 Interfaces
- OFS (Open Financial Services)
- TAFJ / TAFC
- EB APIs
- Version upgrades and customization
- Experience with middleware/integration platforms.
- Understanding of cloud technologies is a plus (AWS, Azure, OpenShift).
