JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Microsoft Exchange Hybrid System Administrator to manage and maintain our email infrastructure in a hybrid environment (on-premises and Microsoft 365). This role is critical to ensuring stable, secure, and efficient operation of the company’s email and MS365 applications.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Operate and manage Microsoft Exchange systems (on-premises & Microsoft 365 cloud)
- Install, configure, and maintain the Microsoft Exchange hybrid environment
- Monitor performance, logs, and troubleshoot issues to ensure maximum uptime
- Manage AD, DNS, DHCP, GPO, File services, and other essential infrastructure components
- Operate physical and virtualized server systems (HyperV and VMWare) to ensure stability and resource allocation
- Provide user support for AD, DNS, DHCP, GPO, and Exchange-related issues beyond Helpdesk scope
- Implement and improve email security policies, ensure compliance with internal and customer data security standards
- Perform regular system backups and verify disaster recovery capabilities
- Develop and simulate disaster recovery and business continuity scenarios
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 2 years of experience operating Microsoft Exchange (on-premises & hybrid) environments:
- Hands-on experience in administering and supporting Microsoft 365 (Exchange online, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint) cloud services.
- Experienced in working with On-premises mail server hosted on in-house infrastructure.
- Experienced in working with Hybrid models integrating clouds and On-premises mail systems.
- Strong expertise in:
- Exchange (hybrid): mail flow, hybrid migration, security.Azure AD: identity & access management, SSO, MFA.
- SharePoint & Teams: collaboration tools, permissions, integrations.
- Solid knowledge of AD, DNS, DHCP, GPO, and server virtualization (Hyper-V/VMware).
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
