JOB DESCRIPTION 

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Subject Matter Expert (SME) to provide functional and technical expertise for enterprise ServiceNow implementations and enhancements. The ideal candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects, developers, and project teams to deliver scalable, high-quality ServiceNow solutions aligned with business objectives. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Act as the ServiceNow SME across implementation and enhancement projects. 
• Gather and analyze business requirements. 
• Recommend ServiceNow best practices. 
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions. 
• Review solution designs and architecture. 
• Support configuration, customization, workflows, and integrations. 
• Collaborate with developers, architects, BAs, and QA. 
• Support UAT, deployment, and post-go-live activities. 
• Improve ITSM processes and platform governance. 
• Mentor junior ServiceNow team members. 
• Troubleshoot and optimize platform performance. 
• Keep up with new ServiceNow releases. 

REQUIREMENTS

Required Qualifications 

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. 
• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience. 
• Experience with ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, SPM or SecOps. 
• Strong knowledge of ITIL processes. 
• Hands-on experience with Flow Designer, Integration Hub, Business Rules, UI Policies, Client Scripts, Service Catalog, and Workflows. 
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with REST/SOAP APIs. 
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. 

Preferred Qualifications 

• ServiceNow CSA certification. 
• CIS and/or CAD certification is a plus. 
• ITIL v4 Foundation certification. 
• Experience with Agile/Scrum.
