JOB DESCRIPTION 

• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget;
• Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility;
• Coordinate with recruitment team and sales for resource staffing request;
• Develop a detailed project plan to track progress;
• Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs;
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques;
• Report and escalate to management as needed;
• Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders including internal resources and third parties/vendors;
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks;
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentations;
• Participate in company’s soft skill training or workshop;
• To perform other tasks requested by BOD

REQUIREMENTS

• We’d love to hear from you if you have the following:
• At least 3 years’ experience in Project Management/Scrum Master;
• Mastered at least one project management methodology and is familiar with others (Agile/ Scrum, Waterfall…);
• Experience of managing fixed price project;
• Experience of monitoring project quality, risk management & EVM concept;
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills;
• Fluent English;
• Solid organizational skills including attention to details and multi-tasking skills;
• Proactive, can-do attitude;
• PMP / PSM/ PRINCE II certification is a plus.
