Job Overview
We are looking for a SAP FICO Consultant to join our SAP team and support enterprise digital transformation projects. The role will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, configuring SAP Finance and Controlling modules, supporting implementation activities, and providing consulting services to clients throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Business Analysis & Consulting
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Finance and Controlling processes.
- Work closely with business users and stakeholders to understand current processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Provide functional consulting and recommend SAP best practices.
SAP Configuration & Implementation
- Configure and customize SAP FICO modules according to business requirements.
- Participate in full project lifecycle activities, including requirement gathering, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Prepare functional specifications for enhancements, reports, interfaces, conversions, and forms (RICEF objects).
Testing & Support
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Support issue analysis, troubleshooting, and resolution during implementation and production phases.
- Provide end-user training and system documentation.
Collaboration
- Work closely with SAP technical consultants, developers, project managers, and business stakeholders.
- Coordinate with cross-functional SAP teams such as MM, SD, PP, WM/EWM, and SuccessFactors where required.
REQUIREMENTS
Technical Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Experience in SAP FICO implementation, support, or rollout projects.
- Strong understanding of Finance and Controlling business processes.
- Hands-on experience in SAP FI and/or CO configuration.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance.
- Experience in end-to-end SAP implementation projects.
- Knowledge of SAP integration with MM, SD, PP, and other SAP modules.
- Familiarity with SAP Fiori and SAP Activate methodology.
- SAP certification in SAP FI/CO or SAP S/4HANA Finance is a plus.

- Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in project teams.
- Strong documentation and presentation skills.
