JOB DESCRIPTION 

We are looking for an experienced SAP ABAP Developer to join our dynamic team and contribute to the development and integration of enterprise-level software solutions. You will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and developing end-to-end solutions, focusing on SAP HCM modules and cross-system integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in the full software development lifecycle from analysis, design, and coding to testing and deployment.
• Develop and customize ABAP programs, including ALV, BAPI, BAdI, User Exits, Smart Forms, and SAPScript.
• Design and implement integrations using SAP PI/PO, RFC, and other communication protocols.
• Work with HANA database to build and optimize SAP applications.
• Develop solutions involving integrations between SAP HCM and other SAP modules like FI, as well as with third-party software systems.
• Participate in mid-to-large scale SAP projects, with responsibilities in system architecture design and performance optimization.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including functional consultants, testers, and external partners.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 6 years of experience in software development, including at least:
  • 3 years as a Full Stack SAP Developer.
  • 2 years of development experience with SAP HCM.
• Proficient in ABAP programming with a strong command of:
  • ALV reporting, BAPI, BAdI, User Exits, Smart Forms, SAPScript.
• Hands-on experience with SAP PI/PO or other integration tools.
• Experience working with SAP HANA database.
• Proven experience in system integration, especially between SAP HCM and SAP FI, and with external systems.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Able to work independently or collaboratively in a team environment.
