JOB DESCRIPTION 

As a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator you will be a key member in helping our clients achieve their aims of enriching their customer experiences using Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Your responsible for delivery of the following services: 

– Build out customer lifecycle journeys and email campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud including automated and triggered campaigns.
– Execute audience segmentation within Salesforce Marketing Cloud utilizing SQL, Automation Studio
– Configure, test, and deploy marketing automation campaigns within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
– Estimate effort required to implement proposed solutions. Monitor technical performance of assets and test/troubleshoot. Build and maintain solution-related, campaign-related documentation.
– Provide product and subject matter expertise to internal teams.
– Participate in consultative discussions with our client partners on goals, challenges solving our client’s requirements. 

REQUIREMENTS

• 2-4 years of experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud data structure and key functionalities. 
• Salary: Negotiable

It would be even better if you have 

• Salesforce Marketing Cloud Certification (Specialist) or any. 
• JavaScript and SSJS experience as related to CloudPage development. 
• Salesforce Sale Cloud or Service Cloud experience 
• AMPScript (Including API Development skill)
