JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a passionate and strategic Product Manager/Product Owner (PM/PO) to lead the development and evolution of our product capabilities. This role is pivotal in driving product vision, managing the product backlog and roadmap, and ensuring alignment between cross-functional teams to deliver customer-centric solutions. The PM/PO will focus on enabling and empowering teams, fostering collaboration, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality product increments. Success in this role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a deep understanding of both the business and technical domains.
Product Strategy & Execution
• Define and maintain the product roadmap in collaboration with stakeholders including customers, product managers, designers, and engineers.
• Own and prioritize the product backlog to ensure alignment with business goals and customer needs.
• Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Develop deep domain expertise and understand the company’s business model to inform product decisions.
• Lead planning and execution of mid-to-large scale product initiatives, ensuring visibility and transparency of progress and challenges.
• Drive continuous delivery of customer value through well-tested, incremental releases.
Problem Solving & Decision Making
• Approach problems with a strategic mindset, considering long-term implications.
• Collaborate across technical and non-technical teams to explore solutions from multiple perspectives.
• Make informed decisions based on data, user feedback, and business priorities
Team Collaboration & Leadership
• Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture.
• Provide guidance and support to team members, promoting a product mindset and continuous learning.
• Partner with engineering leadership to set direction and goals for the team.
• Communicate clearly and constructively across all levels of the organization.
• Champion cross-functional collaboration with teams such as support, marketing, and legal.
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience in product management or product ownership, ideally in an Agile environment.
- Experience working in eCommerce platforms, with a strong understanding of digital product flows, customer journeys, and conversion optimization.
- Familiarity with data-driven product development, including working with analytics tools, defining KPIs, and leveraging user data to inform decisions
- (Nice to have) Experience collaborating with data scientists, machine learning engineers, or AI researchers to bring intelligent features to market.
- Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to drive change and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and aligning product strategy with business goals.
