JOB DESCRIPTION 

• Computer Systems and Hardware: 
  • Understand the main components of a computer such as CPU, RAM, hard drive, graphics card, etc. 
  • Know how to assemble a computer and replace basic components. 
• Operating Systems: 
  • Understand how to work with popular operating systems like Windows, macOS, and Linux. 
  • Have basic knowledge of installing, updating, and troubleshooting operating systems. 
• Networking and Connectivity: 
  • Understand how to set up and manage network connections, including Wi-Fi and Ethernet. 
  • Have knowledge of basic network troubleshooting. 
• Application Software: 
  • Understand popular applications such as web browsers, office software, communication apps, etc. 
  • Install, update, and troubleshoot application software. 

REQUIREMENTS

• From 3 years of relevant experience 
• Basic knowledge of hardware (computers, networking, etc.) 
• Experience with Microsoft product suite: Office 365 – OneDrive – SharePoint (required) 
• Careful, honest, enthusiastic, and dynamic 
• Passionate about support work 
• Good communication and problem-solving skills, with a strong willingness to learn
