CMC Global is looking for Fresher Java Developers to join our Banking domain project – one of our key long-term client engagements.
You’ll be part of a professional development team, working with modern Java technologies and mentored by experienced engineers to deliver high-quality, real-world software solutions. 

📍Location: Ho Chi Minh City 

Your responsibilities include: 

• Participate in the development and maintenance of backend systems for banking applications using Java. 
• Support the design and implementation of RESTful APIs and backend services. 
• Collaborate with other teams to integrate systems, APIs, and databases. 
• Assist in testing, debugging, and performance optimization. 
• Contribute to technical documentation and follow best practices in clean code and agile teamwork.

REQUIREMENTS

Must-have: 

• Fresh graduate in IT-related majors. 
• Strong logical thinking and understanding of data structures, and algorithms. 
• Basic knowledge of Java Core and SQL. 
• Eager to learn, proactive and good teamwork spirit. 
• Basic English for reading technical documents. 

Nice-to-have: 

• Familiarity with Spring Boot and Hibernate/JPA. 
• Experience with Git, Docker, or CI/CD tools. 
• Exposure to Banking/Fintech projects or personal Java demos.
