Job Description
- Collaborate with the offshore team to develop solutions, prepare documentation, and discuss and propose solutions to clients.
- Communicate and work directly with Japanese clients, and convey requirements and information to the offshore team.
- Coordinate communication and information flow between clients and the technical team in Vietnam.
- Participate in the following project phases: Presale/Requirement/Design/Development/Testing
- Support the review of design and technical documents prepared by the offshore team.
Qualifications
Language Skills
- Japanese proficiency equivalent to JLPT N2 or above.
- Strong communication skills with Japanese clients, including meetings, email correspondence, and documentation.
Technical Skills
- Experience in building AI Agents.
- Strong understanding of Prompt Engineering.
- Experience with LLM API integration and programming is a plus.
- Python experience is an advantage.
Experience
- Experience in migration and automation projects.
- Previous experience as a BrSE (Bridge System Engineer) is a plus.
