JOB DESCRIPTION 

• Coordinate project resources to support the successful delivery of projects. 
• Lead project planning activities, status reporting, budgeting, financial reporting, risk management, issue management and change control processes. 
• Work collaboratively with Project Managers to support project delivery across multiple initiatives. 
• Manage end-to-end delivery of small to medium-sized projects with low to medium complexity where required. 
• Support Program Managers in delivering enterprise-wide programs across multiple business units and regions. 
• Maintain project quality standards by ensuring compliance with project methodologies, processes and tools. 
• Manage project scope and recommend changes when required. 
• Ensure project planning, execution and control activities are effectively integrated. 
• Facilitate benefits realization to support project sponsors in achieving expected business outcomes. 
• Coordinate project resources and support onboarding of project team members. 
• Contribute to knowledge management activities and ensure project lessons learned are captured appropriately. 
• Monitor project financials, project risks and stakeholder communications throughout the project lifecycle.

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Project Management or Project Coordination. 
• Proven experience delivering projects across multiple business units and complex environments. 
• Experience in the Financial Services industry is highly preferred. 
• Strong business acumen. 

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, Accounting, or a related discipline is preferred. 
• Postgraduate qualifications are advantageous.
