JOB DESCRIPTION
Payroll & Timekeeping
- Maintain, organize, and update employee records and HR data.
- Monitor and perform timekeeping, ensuring employees comply with labor regulations and company policies.
- Track and manage leave entitlements, overtime, and extra working hours.
- Process documentation related to salary increases, disciplinary actions throughout employees’ employment period.
- Support and guide employees on payroll-related matters and required documents.
- Calculate and process employees’ salaries and bonuses.
Personal Income Tax & Dependent Deductions
- Guide employees and consolidate required documents for tax registration and dependent deduction registration.
- Perform tax registration and dependent deduction procedures for employees.
- Advise and support employees on personal income tax (PIT) matters when applicable.
- Prepare lists of employees requiring tax certificates/withholding documents (if any).
Social Insurance
- Update social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance data to complete employee records.
- Perform social insurance operations such as employee list control, increases/decreases, and benefit settlement.
- Advise, explain, and support employees on insurance-related matters, policies, and company regulations.
Compensation & Benefits
- Ensure implementation of employee benefits in accordance with company and labor union policies.
Other HR Services
- Handle onboarding and exit interviews.
- Provide consultation, guidance, and support to employees; resolve issues related to company policies, benefits, and common complaints.
- Implement other HR activities such as checkpoints, KPI management, etc.
Other Tasks
- Perform other duties as assigned by the HR Manager and Board of Directors.
REQUIREMENTS
- Graduated from College or University with a major in Human Resource Management or related fields.
- At least 02 years of experience in a similar position. Priority will be given to candidates with experience in the same business sector and those who have worked in organizations with a scale of 300–500 employees or more.
- Strong Excel skills or data processing ability, with solid knowledge of labor laws.
- Careful, detail-oriented, possessing a strong customer service mindset; proactive, sociable, with good communication, sharing, and relationship-building skills.
