On Oct 14th , CMC Global, in collaboration with AmCham Vietnam HCMC & Danang and Databricks, successfully co-hosted the workshop “Data in Focus: Building AI-Ready Enterprises.” The event welcomed nearly 60 distinguished guests, including AmCham members, business executives, and technology leaders from various industries.

From data readiness, data governance to AI adoption, the event centered on practical, enterprise-level approaches to unlocking the full potential of data in the age of AI transformation.

A highlight of the day was the panel discussion “Building AI-Ready Enterprises: From Data to Impact,” moderated by Mr. Travis Mitchell, Executive Director of AmCham Vietnam, featuring two distinguished experts: Mr. Salem A., Head of Field Engineering from Databricks and Mr. Tri Tran, Delivery Manager from CMC Global.

The conversation sparked vibrant discussions and thoughtful audience questions: from how to move beyond the AI pilot phase to the critical roles of governance, collaboration, and talent readiness in scaling AI successfully.

The event also included a guided tour of the CMC Tan Thuan Data Center, Vietnam’s first Uptime Tier III TCOS certified facility, offering participants a behind-the-scenes look at the robust infrastructure powering data intelligence and AI innovation.
