JOB DESCRIPTION
- Collaborate with Sales team during the pre-sales phase of projects.
- Conduct customer requirement hearings and clarify business/technical needs.
- Research and create detailed technical proposals tailored to customer requirements.
- Prepare project estimations and planning in collaboration with the offshore development team.
- Deliver presentations and technical explanations to customers.
- Provide support to the Delivery team at the project kick-off phase (when required).
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Software Engineer.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a BrSE/PM for the Japanese market across various IT fields (web development, mobile apps, system development, cloud, etc.).
- Experience in making Requirement (要件定義) with SI & End-user customers.
- Experience in making proposals and estimations working with offshore team.
- Japanese proficiency N2–N1, fluent in speaking, with the ability to support Sales and Delivery teams.
- Capable of communicating with customers in both business and technical aspects.
- Experience in one or more domains such as Banking & Finance, Healthcare, Manufacturing, or Retail.
- Strong interpersonal skills: active listener, cheerful personality, and effective team player.
- Ability to build trust and maintain good relationships with customers and colleagues.
