JOB DESCRIPTION 

As an Agile Delivery Coach, you will take ownership of delivery outcomes for engineering teams in Vietnam and ensure seamless feature releases across multiple teams. You’ll work closely with tech leads, product owners, and program managers in both Vietnam and Australia to drive agile adoption, support cross-team collaboration, and uplift delivery performance. 
 
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in complex, fast-paced environments and is passionate about coaching teams, transforming delivery culture, and scaling agile practices in large organizations.

What You’ll Do 

• Act as a bridge between teams and stakeholders, ensuring the delivery roadmap is well executed and aligned with business priorities. 
• Partner with domain/sub-domain leaders to embed agile mindsets, frameworks, and rituals into daily operations. 
• Coach leaders and delivery teams 1-on-1 and in groups, helping them navigate agile transformation challenges. 
• Lead feature release coordination across multiple delivery streams, removing blockers and enabling smooth deployments. 
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement, experimentation, and learning. 
• Facilitate alignment across teams, manage dependencies, and surface risks early. 
• Encourage growth mindset, empowerment, and accountability at every level. 
• Support performance tracking, retrospectives, and agile health checks to measure team maturity and velocity. 

REQUIREMENTS

Core Qualifications: 

• 5+ years of experience in agile delivery, program management, or transformation coaching 
• Strong understanding of agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban), ceremonies, and team roles 
• Experience working with cross-functional engineering teams (onshore/offshore) 
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills 
• Proven experience in stakeholder management at senior levels 
• Ability to coach individuals and teams through ambiguity and change 
• Familiarity with release planning, delivery metrics, and continuous delivery practices 

Bonus Points: 

• Agile certifications (Scrum Master, SAFe Agilist, ICP-ACC, etc.) 
• Background in banking, digital transformation, or eCommerce environments 
• Exposure to Lean, HCD, or DevOps/CI-CD practices 
• Experience working in multi-country delivery models
