Business Analyst – SAP HCM / SF4C

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Business Analyst (BA) specializing in SAP HCM/SF4C to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders to analyze, document, and propose solutions that align with the HR strategy and digital transformation roadmap of the organization. You will play a key role in bridging the gap between business needs and SAP capabilities, especially in large-scale HR system integration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and document business requirements related to HR management processes.
  • Translate business needs into detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Software Requirement Specifications (SRS), and mockups/prototypes.
  • Work closely with clients and technical teams to ensure proper implementation of SAP HCM/SF4C solutions.
  • Provide consultancy on HR business processes, especially for organizations with complex HR models similar to EWG.
  • Participate in the end-to-end implementation of SAP HCM modules and integrate them with other SAP and non-SAP systems.
  • Ensure project deliverables meet performance, scalability, and integration requirements.
  • Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams and act as a bridge between business users and the technical team.
  • Contribute to problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives.

REQUIREMENTS

  • At least 5 years of experience in implementing SAP solutions, with a minimum of one SAP HCM project for enterprises with HR models similar to EWG.
  • Strong understanding of HR business processes and the ability to quickly grasp new business rules or product models.
  • Proficient in writing BRD, SRS, and functional specifications for banking or enterprise systems.
  • Experience in developing process documentation, prototypes, and mockups.
  • Solid team management and leadership skills.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent analytical and critical thinking abilities.
  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proven experience in analyzing and implementing integrated enterprise systems, particularly the integration of SAP HCM with other SAP and third-party platforms.
  • Knowledgeable about enterprise digital transformation ecosystems and related modules such as PM, CRM, HCM, BPM—especially within SAP ERP modules.
