CMC Global is a leading provider of innovative AI solutions, dedicated to transforming businesses through advanced technology. We are seeking a talented Presale Specialist to join our dynamic AI team with US, EU, APAC, Japan, Korea Market.

• Collaborate with sales teams to understand client requirements and develop tailored AI solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
• Prepare and deliver technical proposals and documentation.
• Engage with clients to understand their business challenges and propose effective AI strategies.
• Support the sales team in closing deals by providing technical expertise and insights.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and AI technologies.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to foster long-term partnerships.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2+ year Proven experience in a presales role, preferably in the AI or technology sector.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies and their applications.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Problem-solving mindset with a focus on client needs.
• English: Fluently
