In 2019, our client was searching for a reliable partner capable of managing large-scale projects to support its strategy for automated mobility – the use of technologies to make vehicles safer and more efficient. CMC Global is responsible for the ongoing development and maintenance of new features within the Driver Assistance Systems (DAS), which are designed to support drivers in both routine and critical situations. 

Our scope of work includes participation in every phase of the software development lifecycle:

  • Testing: software and unit test 

What is the team composition?

There were around 15+ staff working on this project at any given time, including a project manager, a business analyst, and lead developers/testers. Different parts of the team were involved at different points of the project. 

How we control the project quality 

Before launching the system, our team at CMC Global conducted extensive testing, including stress tests, to push the software beyond anticipated demand. This approach allowed us to identify and resolve any issues proactively, ensuring the platform’s reliability and robustness.  

Our team follows a strict Agile methodology, with daily scrum meetings to continuously improve our processes, ensuring full transparency and alignment with the client’s goals. The result is a highly consistent driver assistance system that meets each client’s unique requirements.
