On December 6, 2023, CMC Corporation held a technology transfer agreement signing ceremony between CMC ATI and its member units – CMC Telecom, CMC TS, and CMC Global. 

At the opening ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Trung Chinh, Chairman of the Board of Directors/CEO of the Corporation, highlighted the significance of this event, marking a new phase in closely aligning research activities with customers and the market through the continued efforts of its member units. 

At the signing ceremony for the cooperation agreement, representatives of the three units, Mr. Le Minh,  Chief Technology Officer of CMC TS, Mr. Pho Duc Kien, Vice President/ Deputy Chief Executive Officer of CMC Telecom, and Mr. Nguyen Viet Bach,  Vice President and Chief Delivery Director of CMC Global, together with Mr. Dang Minh Tuan, Director of the Institute for Applied Technology Institute, signed agreements outlining the direction of collaborative efforts, technology transfers, new product development, and contributions to connecting technology supply and demand and developing the science and technology market. 

The cooperation agreement provides the basis for CMC ATI Institute and its subsidiary units to jointly develop detailed cooperation plans, effectively leveraging resources and strengths to achieve the set goals. At the ceremony, the Corporation’s Board of Directors and the leadership of the subsidiary units expressed joy and confidence that the collaboration agreement will open opportunities for the development of the units.
