On July 12th, CMC Corporation held a ceremony to award appointment decisions to its senior leaders and member companies. 

At the ceremony, the Executive Chairman of CMC Corporation, Mr. Nguyen Trung Chinh, shared that over the past 31 years, the Board of Directors has aimed to strengthen the Corporation and improve the daily life quality. 

Accordingly, Mr. Ho Thanh Tung has been appointed as the Authorized Representative of CMC Corp at CMC Global, serving as President and Legal Representative of CMC Global. 

The development strategy for CMC Global in 2024 will focus on expanding into international markets and establishing a presence in key IT markets such as Japan, the USA, the EU, and the APAC region. Additionally, CMC Corporation aims to build CMC Global to become the top provider of digital transformation consulting services. 

Mr. Ho Thanh Tung possesses nearly 30 years of experience in international businesses, specializing in market expansion and business development. As the CEO of CMC Corporation and former General Director of CMC Technology and Solutions Corporation (CMC TS), Mr. Tung has successfully led the company to numerous achievements. He was also honored with a Certificate of Merit from the Ministry of Information and Communications for his contributions to the industry in 2023.  

Speaking at the appointment ceremony, Mr. Ho Thanh Tung stated: “In my new position, I hope that all of us at CMC Global will work together to explore new opportunities for our growth. According to CMC Global’s plan, by 2028, we aim to achieve over 5,000 billion VND in revenue with a workforce of over 7,000 employees. Most importantly, I will collaborate with the Board of Directors to elevate CMC Global’s position, serving as a foundation for the company’s long-term international development.”
