AI Transformation Strategy: Global Vision and the Japan Story
CMC Corporation recently unveiled its AI Transformation Strategy, which centers on fostering a culture of AI adoption, creating a modern work environment, and training a highly skilled workforce. This prepares CMC’s employees to integrate AI technology into their daily operations, enabling the company to deliver innovative solutions, improve efficiency, streamline business processes, and better meet the needs of clients both domestically and internationally.
A key aspect of this strategy is CMC’s focus on Japan as a crucial market. In the education sector, CMC is pioneering a digital university model, which will soon evolve into an AI University. The company also plans to collaborate with industry leaders like Nvidia to provide AI infrastructure for major corporations, partnering with global companies such as Honda and Samsung. Through this approach, CMC aims to scale up to a billion-dollar enterprise by 2028, with a workforce of 15,000 employees, 5,000 of whom will be dedicated to the Japanese market, and 50% of its revenue derived from AI technology.
Notably, CMC is committed to developing responsible AI, ensuring that its products create value for both customers and the community. With a long-term, sustainable vision, the company seeks to collaborate and share knowledge, solidifying its leadership in the AI industry in both Vietnam and the global market.
