SEOUL, South Korea – June 23, 2026 – CMC Korea, a leading ICT company and the global arm of Vietnam’s CMC Corporation, today announced the signing of a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with YATAV, a South Korean company specializing in AI validation, evaluation, and security.

The signing ceremony took place at CMC Korea’s office in Seosomun-dong, Jung-gu, Seoul, attended by key executives including Mr. Bao Dang Ngoc, Executive Vice President of CMC Corporation, Mr. Minh Tran Van, CEO of CMC Korea, and Mr. Lee Sung-chan, CEO of YATAV.

The partnership addresses surging demand for secure, trustworthy AI deployment across highly regulated sectors, particularly financial services, defense, and government. The partnership establishes a comprehensive collaboration framework to co-develop and deliver AI security solutions for regulated industries in Korea, Vietnam, and Southeast Asian markets.

CMC Korea brings extensive regional capabilities including a workforce of over 3,000 developers, deep experience in digital transformation and large-scale software execution, and an established network spanning Korea and Southeast Asia. YATAV contributes specialized AI security solutions designed for on-premises and air-gapped environments: critical requirements for defense and financial institutions operating in closed-network settings.

“As AI adoption accelerates across highly regulated industries, trust and security have become fundamental requirements for successful implementation,” said Mr. Minh Tran Van, CEO of CMC Korea. “Through our partnership with YATAV, we are combining CMC’s regional delivery capabilities and global network with YATAV’s specialized AI security expertise to help organizations deploy AI with greater confidence, compliance, and resilience.”

Mr. Lee Sung-chan, CEO of YATAV, commented: “This agreement marks the beginning of AI security collaboration connecting Korea and Vietnam. By combining Vietnam’s software expertise with YATAV’s AI validation and security technologies, we aim to deliver tangible value to customers in regulated industries and expand together into Southeast Asia and global markets.”
