In a step towards advancing global AI transformation, CMC Global signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with MYtech Consulting Services on December 12th, 2024, to distribute AI Camera solutions across Australia, New Zealand, Papua New Guinea, and Fiji. This partnership combines CMC’s advanced AI technology with MYtech’s local market expertise, aiming to drive digital transformation in the region.
Under the agreement, CMC Global will provide AI Camera technology, with regular updates to meet market needs. The company will also offer offshore pre-sales and technical support to MYtech’s local teams. In return, MYtech will handle compliance with regional regulations and set up certified sales, marketing, and support teams to promote and deploy the solutions effectively.
The MOU signing ceremony was attended by key representatives from both organizations, including Mr. Nitin Badkar, President of Mytech Consulting Services; and Mr. Brian Ta, IT Business Development; alongside Mr. Tu Dang Van, CTO of CMC Global; Mr. Hoai Anh Nguyen, CEO of CMC APAC; and Mr. Phuong Nguyen Tran, Managing Director –APAC Group.
This collaboration reflects both companies’ commitment to leveraging AI to drive innovation in Oceania. By offering tailored, cutting-edge solutions, CMC Global and MYtech aim to set new standards for AI adoption in the region, helping businesses enhance operations and stay ahead in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.
