May 25 morning, CMC Global officially held our new office Opening Ceremony and marked the 1000 employees milestone. Attendees were senior leaders of CMC Group, representatives from member companies, and leaders and employees of CMC Global.
May 25, 2021, CMC Global Company officially opened our new office on the 6th floor of Thanh Cong building, 80 Dich Vong Hau, Hanoi. This move is a strategic development step of CMC Global to create a professional working environment, effectively utilize high-quality IT human resources, and mark the milestone of 1000 proud employees of the company.
The new office has an open, modern design with lots of greens and dynamic features that are uniquely “CMC Global”. With a total area of 5 floors adding up to about 2500m2, the new office provides about 750 workplaces for staff, 16 meeting rooms, and other functional areas.
Only a 5-minute walk from CMC Tower, this place is an affirmation of CMC Global’s strong growth rate in terms of human resources and facilities to meet the market’s and customer’s needs around the world.
It’s also a springboard for the Global collective to reach the milestone of 5000 employees in the future quickly.
In the opening ceremony, the Board of Directors and employees of CMC Global expressed their excitement, trust, and optimism with the journey ahead. Chairman of the Board of Directors, Mr. Nguyen Trung Chinh said: “Many times, we have compared the rapid development of CMC Global to the rise of Thanh Giong. Within just 4 years, we have reached our first goal: 1000 employees. CMC Global is one of the key blocks in the corporation’s vision, contributing to the development strategy to go to the international market and turn CMC into a global company with a billion-dollar scale. We strongly believe in the role of CMC Global in making that dream come true.”
“Today, I am speaking here with everyone else wearing masks and practicing social distancing. We can see that this opening event has once again proved that we had overcome all difficulties and challenges of the pandemic and more.” Mr. Nguyen Trung Chinh shared.
Mr.Hoang Ngoc Hung, Executive Vice President of CMC Group/Chairman of CMC Global, also commented, “Along with the development of this 1000 people, we are proud to build up an entire successful and complete organization that is fully applicable for different regions, types and services in the future. We hope that this organization will not stop at Thanh Cong building but will rise even higher and spread wider.”
Mr.Hoang Ngoc Hung also thanked all 1000 CMC Global employees. All employees at CMC Global are small pieces of a big, mutual picture. Either small or large pieces, regardless of position, they have been and always are important motivations to help CMC Global reach the goal of 1000 and a further 5000 in the future.
