INFORMATION SECURITY POLICIES

CMC Global is committed to protecting its information assets and that of its customers and suppliers from all threats, whether internal or external, deliberate or accidental.
To achieve this goal, we have established an Information Security Management System in accordance with ISO/IEC 27001: 2013 for provision of Software Development and Application Support services along with In-house supporting activities including facilities management and technical Infrastructure management within CMC GLOBAL in Hanoi :
CMC Building, 11 Duy Tan street, Dich Vong Hau Ward, Cau Giay, Hanoi, Vietnam.

The Board of Management and all employees are committed to an effective Information Security Management System in accordance with Company’s strategic business objectives.

The security policy ensures:

  • Information will be protected against any unauthorized access;
  • Confidentiality of information will be assured;
  • Integrity of information through protection from unauthorized modification;
  • Availability of information for business processes will be maintained;
  • Legislative and regulatory requirements will be met;
  • Business continuity plans will be developed, maintained and tested;
  • To create mechanisms to identify and review the risk and impact of breaches in protected information;
  • All personnel are trained on information security and are informed that compliance with the policy is mandatory;
  • All breaches of information security and suspected weaknesses are reported and investigated;
  • Policies, procedures and guidelines exist to support the policy.
