The client sought a partner to assist with a US government project focused on solving prolems in 2 cities of United States Virginia and Washington DC:

  • Scalability and flexibility: They’re hard to scalable and adapt to the evolving need of organization size.They are finding a solution which cloud-based architecture ensures flexibility and agility.
  • Security and Compliamce: They want to apply a technique to improve security and compliance with built-in feature such as access control encryption and audit trails to protect sensitive data and ensure regulation compliance

This initiative aimed to oversee network security, counterterrorism efforts, and support criminal investigations.

CMC Global Approach

During discussions with the client, the CMC Global team explored solutions for applying APM (Application Portfolio Management) and SPM (Sales Portfolio Management). We seperated into 2 project smaller projects:

  • Project 1: Project under management of Office of the Chief Technology oDC: Building Catalog Items & Editor to manage working process of Washington DC
  • Project 2: Project under management of Commonwealth of Virginia
    Building an US government project on managing information of devices accessing the public network of the state of Virginia – USA.

– For APM, the focus was on implementing a module to monitor application performance in real-time, enabling organizations to proactively detect and resolve issues that may affect user experience.

– Regarding SPM, the plan involved implementing a module to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and disseminate them throughout the organization, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.

– Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standard by monitoring and auditing application performance and security

– Furthermore, we proposed implementing a solution for continuous performance monitoring, enabling real-time tracking of performance metrics and progress towards strategic goals.
