Talent Acquisition Specialist (DN)

  • Understand the business needs, analyze the job orders, devise and update job descriptions
  • Devise and implement sourcing strategies to build pipelines of potential applicants,
  • Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, jobsites, personal network etc.
  • Screen candidates resumes, overview applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience.
  • Sell the candidate to Hiring Managers, arrange interviews and coordinate with the candidate during the hiring process
  • Reference check if required
  • Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated.
  • Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports.


  • Bachelor’s in Human Resources Management or English or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar
  • Good relationship with IT community is an advantage
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong convincing and negotiating skills.
  • Excellent command of oral and written English.
  • Salary package 14-16 months/ year
