JOB DESCRIPTION
- Understand the business needs, analyze the job orders, devise and update job descriptions
- Devise and implement sourcing strategies to build pipelines of potential applicants,
- Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, job sites, personal networks, etc.
- Screen candidate’s resume, overview applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience.
- Sell the candidate to Hiring Managers, arrange interviews and coordinate with the candidate during the hiring process
- Reference check if required
- Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated.
- Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports.
- Working location: Japan (Tokyo), or Vietnam (Hà Nội, Đà Nẵng)
REQUIREMENTS
- Previous working experience preferably as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role for 1-5 years in IT
- Japanese is a must if working at Japan
- Deep understanding of recruiting within technology and software engineering organizations;
- Deep understanding of software engineering industry;
- Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networks ;
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods;
