JOB DESCRIPTION 

• Understand the business needs, analyze the job orders, advise and update job descriptions
• Devise and implement sourcing strategies to build pipelines of potential applicants,
• Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, job sites, personal networks, etc.
• Screen candidates’ resumes, overview applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience.
• Sell the candidate to Hiring Managers, arrange interviews and coordinate with the candidate during the hiring process
• Reference check if required
• Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• 1++ years working in the recruitment sector, prefer candidates with IT background or headhunting experience
• A good relationship with the IT community is an advantage
• Excellent command of oral and written English.
