JOB DESCRIPTION 

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Senior UX Writer with strong experience in UX Writing and Content Design to lead content strategy across web and mobile products. This role requires strategic thinking, deep user empathy, and the ability to mentor junior UX writers while collaborating closely with cross functional teams in an Agile environment.

Primary responsibilities: 

• Write, edit, and optimize UX content for web and mobile applications.
• Build and maintain UX Content Strategy based on user research, data insights, and product goals.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, UX Designers, UX Researchers, and Data Analysts.
• Ensure consistent voice and tone across products, with scalability for multilingual markets.
• Support localization efforts and work with Translation Management Systems (TMS).
• Advocate for accessibility, inclusivity, and best practices in UX writing.
• Mentor and guide junior and mid-level UX Writers.
• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies and product development cycles.

Tools & Working Environment:

• UX Writing & Content Design tools.
• Translation Management System (TMS).
• Agile/Scrum environment.
• Experience with CMS, Figma, or similar tools is a plus (not mandatory).

REQUIREMENTS

• 6+ years of experience as a UX Writer, Content Designer, or similar role.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UX Writing and content strategy (mandatory).
• Proven experience writing and editing UX content for digital products.
• Solid understanding of user research, usability, and content testing.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards, inclusivity, and localization.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to think strategically while executing with high attention to detail.

Nice to Have:

• Experience working with large-scale or multilingual digital products.
• Background in product-led or tech-driven organizations.
