JOB DESCRIPTION
- Serve as a liaison between Japanese clients and the development team, ensuring smooth communication of project requirements and technical specifications.
- Translate and interpret technical documents, meetings, and discussions between Japanese and the development team.
- Assist in preparing project proposals, reports, and presentations in Japanese.
- Participate in project meetings to facilitate communication and ensure all technical requirements are understood by both parties.
- Support the project team in translating client feedback, requests, and other key documents.
- Address any language-related challenges during the project lifecycle and help resolve issues promptly.
REQUIREMENTS
- JLPT N1 certification (mandatory).
- Minimum 4 years of experience in an IT-related role, with a focus on communication between Japanese clients and technical teams.
- Strong understanding of IT terminologies and technical content.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage client relationships.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Preferred experience in training and leadership
