JOB DESCRIPTION 

• Manage and monitor the deliverables in projects.
• Consult and make sure daily operation run smoothly and effectively.
• Quality delivery of services committed to the customer as per defined SLA and KPI’s.
• Ensure customer satisfaction in the Services Delivered and Continuous improvement of services.
• Analyze customer requirements, identify gaps and solutions to these gaps.
• Perform system configuration, functional test, SIT, UAT support, go-live and post go-live support.
• Create functional specification and work with technical team for change requests

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience in full life-cycle implementation/rollout SAP projects as an SD consultant.
• Strong knowledge and experiences in O2C process
• Expertise in analyzing business requirements and mapping them to SAP solutions.
• Experience in business printing, preparing functional documents, creating testing scenarios, and configuring SAP SD.
• Have knowledge of one or more related SAP module is plus, especially FI & MM.
• Have knowledge of SAP ABAP, iDocs, LSWM, BAPIs, Enhancement framework.
• Have process knowledge of Automotive industry is an advantage
• Experience in S4 HANA logistics is an advantage.
• Good English.
