JOB DESCRIPTION
- Support Project Managers and QA members in applying internal quality processes and project plans.
- Assist in monitoring project activities to ensure compliance with development processes.
- Support collecting and consolidating QA reports such as KPI, Risk, Issue, and Non-Conformity reports.
- Participate in performing process audits under mentor guidance.
- Support project teams in using project management tools (Jira, Redmine, Confluence).
- Assist in analyzing process issues and proposing improvement ideas.
- Join internal training sessions on QA knowledge, software development processes, and quality standards.
REQUIREMENTS
Education & Background
3rd – 4th year student or fresh graduate in Information Technology, Information Systems, or Quality Management.
Skills & Competencies
- English: basic reading comprehension.
- High discipline, strong compliance mindset, and attention to detail.
- Clear and structured communication in both speaking and writing.
- Proactive, responsible, and willing to learn.
- Interest in compliance work, process control, improvement, and advisory activities.
WORKING TIME
- Flexible internship schedule with ≥ 20 working hours per week.
- Must be onsite at least 3 working days per week.
- Leave for exams or vacation is accepted with prior notice to the leader.
